Introduction
Most items will take up to 5 business days to build, pack, and ship. Our handmade items take a little longer, but the quality and craftsmanship will be well worth the wait.
Payment Policy
Payments must clear within 5 business days, and before the item is shipped. If the payment doesn’t clear after 5 business days, we will cancel the order. You will receive a full refund for a cancelled order. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.
Shipping Policy
• Preferred Shipping Provider is USPS priority mail. • Product Turnaround is up to 5 business days. • Rush Orders not available at this time. Using USPS Priority Mail, we ship only within the USA. Shipping occurs Monday – Friday. Payment must be cleared prior to shipping. No exceptions
Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We will ship you a quality product using USPS Priority mail with tracking and insurance. We are happy to assist any customer, who has an item damaged during shipping, with USPS insurance claims.
