Orders will ship only after payment has cleared. Due to the nature of custom work, custom pieces will not begun until payment has been made, however, a sketch or proof of the custom pattern can be provided prior to payment.
All ready to ship items are sent out next business day. Any custom or personalised piece will be given a time frame on a case by case basis depending on how detailed or large the piece is. A shipping estimate will be provided before purchase for any custom work.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If a ready made piece arrives damaged, contact me to set up an exchange or refund. Due to the nature of custom pieces, no refunds will be given on custom orders unless they arrive actually damaged. I send photos of custom work before mailing to ensure that you are satisfied before you recieve it.
