Payment is accepted via Paypal or Stripe.
Shipping is through the US post office using padded mailers or small boxes. On request, padded mailers and flat rate/Priority Mail mailers are available for an additional cost for all items.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, I will replace it, if at all possible. For damaged items, please send me an image of the item and/or describe how it broke as this will be helpful in making sure the replacement doesn't suffer the same fate. You're welcome to either keep the damaged item or send it back. Please note that some items are one of a kind and cannot be remade exactly, so a similar substitution will have to be made for these items. For items not received, please give at least two weeks for in US shipments, and 4 weeks for out of US shipments to account for all delays, (or one week for in US, and 2 weeks for out of US for Priority Mail shipments) then please get in contact with me. I will contact the Post Office to start a Lost Package inquiry, and if there is no result, ship a replacement items for you. Please note that for some one-of-a-kind items, exact replacements are not possible, but I will make every effort to make something as similar as possible to the item you ordered.
All items are designed and assembled in Vermont (USA) by hand in a smoke free environment. I do try to source from US manufacturers when possible to minimize the distance my materials have to travel. Country of Origin information on most supplies is available on request. Most designs are made upon ordering, so please be aware there may be small variations from the photos provided. Many designs can also be made nickel free! If there is no option on the listing itself, please feel free to message and request a custom listing! Custom orders are welcomed!
