We make everything from hand and with the utmost care and a bit of OCD. We do our very best to uphold 100% client satisfaction.
All balances are due at time of purchase for items. We can do bulk and large quantity orders in which we request a 50% non-refundable deposit (half of full amount due) at time of order. The remainder of your balance is due before shipping. We will always send confirmation that your custom orders are correct and you are satisfied before shipping them out to you.
All shipping is based on weight and size. If you have a specific company you would prefer us to ship with, please let us know. We always provide tracking numbers. Insurance can be added, and depending on the carrier, may be an extra cost to client. We will deliver locally, and for weddings or large orders that may be time sensitive, we can arrange delivery across CA and nearby states.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not give refunds on custom orders, unless issues beyond anyone’s control have occurred. If something arrives broken or damaged, we will first go through the carrier and file a claim, before we issue a refund. We always confirm your order is correct and you are happy with it before sending it out to you. This includes size, color, design, shape, etc.
