WELCOME: Nothing bums us out more than a dissatisfied client. We want you to be happy with your purchase from Erica Waddell. While the internet makes the custom orders and alterations that we do in-store difficult, we make every effort to fulfill your expectations and exceed the value for the money. That said, your body is your responsibility, so please ask questions on fit before ordering. Back and forth exchanges only make the postman richer! PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards and payment methods used on Aftcra, including Paypal. Cash and check are also honored for in-store pickup. SHIPPING: Items are shipped within the time described under Shipping Optiins for each product. Most US purchases are shipped Priority Mail. We ship worldwide except to US sanctioned countries, generally through US Postal Service. We make no warranty about the timeliness of delivery once shipped. We also allow in-store pickup from our Southern California shop. Erica Waddell is located in lovely Old Torrance, surrounded by other superb boutiques and restaurants and just three miles from Hollywood Riviera and the best beach in LA. Contact us before buying for in-store pickup options. Refunds and Exchanges Unless product does not arrive as described due to cancellation, damage due to seller negligence, or undeliverable item, exchanges only are permitted. Information on measurements and photographs is provided for fit purposes. Please contact the shop if you have any questions on fit. I put a lot of work into my products to make sure that you get what you order. As such, neither exchanges nor refunds will be honored without contacting EricaWaddellClothing first and discussing the issue. I will then advise on the acceptable resolution. Contact with EricaWaddellClothing must be made immediately upon receipt of delivery or one week thereafter. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of items returned to seller. All items eligible for return or exchange must be received in original, unworn, saleable condition before return or exchange is to be honored. Seller is responsible for shipping costs of replacement item. Preparation and shipping of replacement item cannot be expedited. Seller will alert buyer of estimated and actual shipping date for exchange, with no warranty for delivery date. Excessive return or exchange behavior will not be tolerated. CUSTOM ORDERS: Erica Waddell specializes in both ready-to-wear and couture. Our shop regularly takes clients for bespoke menswear (suits, shirts, ties, slacks, etc.) and womenswear (swimwear, dresses, pants, wedding gowns, etc.). Inquire the shop for custom orders. All custom order sales are final. Alterations are provided free of charge for in-store pickup only. DUE DILIGENCE: Erica Waddell makes every effort to accurately describe materials used and final construction measurements. In some cases, fabric content, origin, and care instructions are not provided for the materials used due to supplier negligence. We make efforts to research materials and accurately convey information to you.
