Shipping Policy

All of my shipping is done through the USPS, using First Class parcel. Orders ship in 1-2 business days. 2020-2021 update: there may be significant shipping delays. I have had some packages take up to 15 days extra domestically, and international shipping is taking 4-6 weeks. An estimated delivery time of 3-25 days is ridiculous, but there is unfortunately nothing I can do about this besides process orders promptly- it's impacting all shippers. Please place orders for hard dates at least two weeks in advance.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Requests for order cancellations are only accepted before the item has been shipped. Please contact me promptly if this situation arises. Returns- refunds or exchanges- are accepted for a defective product or damage incurred during shipping. These problems must be communicated within 30 days of receipt. Some items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced. In most situations, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping, and initial shipping charges will not be refunded outside of damaged/lost package issues. I'm a tiny shop and can't eat that cost. If you need a simple repair, replacement part, or general troubleshooting, send me a note, whether it's 6 days or 2 years after the sale- I'm happy to help.
