Green, Teal, and Bronze Ancient Roman Style Drops on Handcrafted Hoops
These earrings are inspired by a crusty little copper alloy earring in the British Museum (1914,1010.330), dated 1st-4th century AD, found in Egypt. They're made using 20 gauge bronze wire, green lampwork glass beads, teal African powder glass beads, and some brass spacer beads. The beads are irregular and large holes - they wiggle around a little. The wire is untreated and will develop a patina with age and wear.
