Introduction
Here we strive to ensure happy customers. Each issue that arises is reviewed and treated with a case by case strategy. Full payment is required prior to shipment of any order. All custom orders are pre approved by the buyers prior to shipment. We ship within the US only.
Payment Policy
Full payment, received and cleared, via Pay Pal, required on all orders prior to shipment. All custom orders are subject to a NON- refundable deposit prior to commencement of creation. Once Created and approved by the buyer, full payment must be made prior to shipping.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is done through USPS unless otherwise requested prior to finalization of order. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be approved based on the individual case. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with any exchange. All deposits are NON refundable. No exceptions will be made to this.
Other Policies
We strive to have happy customers as well as a happy shop owner. We will always do our best to ensure the quality of the item sold as well as customer satisfaction with the final received product. We do offer customization on some items. We do not make exact replicas of any items in an attempt to keep all items one of a kind. While we will duplicate, we do not create exact copies.

Communication between buyer and seller is very important here. We make every effort to respond within a few hours of receiving any inquiry. Custom Orders: During the creation of custom orders, buyers will receive progress photos. Once completed, the buyer will receive final photos. Buyer must approve the product and make the final payment before the product will be shipped. Payments must clear before any product will be shipped.
