Welcome to our little shop and thanks for visiting. All items at Dragonflies and Sunflowers are handmade, hence there are no two items the same. We try to keep up with the seasons and change our products accordingly. We do offer custom items, but they are also non refundable. As we get an “urge” to make something different, or at customers request, we will make a few of the same items. As we make different items periodically, this means, we don’t carry in stock items, per say. Please request away and we’ll let you know first and foremost if it’s doable, price, and shipping expectancy’s. Processing time is typically 1-3 business days. This can fluctuate depending on size and customization. Orders are shipped first class via USPS to destinations in the United States. If you would like any expedited, insurance or confirmation shipping, please let me know in advance so costs can be adjusted accordingly.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We cannot accept returns on custom orders, however we’d like all customers to be satisfied. If not satisfied, please contact us and we will try to work something out. Shipping charges are not refundable.
