We love great customer experiences! In order to enhance those experiences, we take and make custom orders on certain pieces. If you see something you would like in another color or personalized, please don't hesitate to ask us about it!
We do require payment before shipping.
We strive to get pieces shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. If this is not possible, the buyer will be notified. We also use combined shipping of multiple purchases when applicable to save the buyer on shipping costs.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Please contact us if you receive an item that is damaged during shipping in order for us to try to rectify the issue and make your experience a great one!
