We absolutely love everything monogrammed!! From jewelry to clothing! We take great pride in our work, and we know you will love it as much as we do. We look forward to working with you all.
All payments are due in full before products are started.
Please note, you will receive your tracking number prior to your item shipping. In most cases, your shipment will not be tracable on the USPS website for two working days after you receive notice of shipment. We will use USPS, UPS or FEDEX if needed to provide the best and most economical service given the deadlines, insurance and confirmation needs of your order. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, please make note of that in your order and we will bill you prior to shipping. Otherwise, your package will ship with the standard insurance provided by the carrier. We cannot be responsible for items once they leave our shop and have shipped to your location. We will provide all tracking information.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any monogram items unless there is a mistake on the shops part.
MONITOR COLOR VARIATION / ITEM COLOR VARIATIONS: Due to the various settings on computers, smart phones, or whichever electronic being used to purchase or view the products available, it is possible that your screen may not match the actual color of the item you receive. All of the pictures taken by us are to be used as a reference. We do our best to take photographs in natural light and give strong representations, but again, these pictures are to be used as a reference only. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to monitor color variations. If you have a question about a specific item, please ask prior to purchasing.
