I have invested a lot of time, effort, and love into building my small business and you can guarantee that I will do my best to resolve any issues to the best of my ability. Payment Policy

Payment accepted via PAYPAL. Please make sure to verify that your PAYPAL address is correct as that is the address your order will ship to. If you don't have a Paypal account you can easily and quickly create one by going to www.paypal.com

Shipping Policy

All shipping is done through USPS Shipping. I package all my items with time and care to ensure you receive your items safely. I make every effort to ship orders within 3-5 business days of receiving payment not counting holidays or Sundays.

Refund & Exchange Policy

★ If there is an issue with your order when it arrives, I would love to know as soon as possible so we may resolve it quickly. Please contact me via e-mail about issues before leaving feedback. ★ Returns on Custom Orders are not accepted, nor on items that you have requested that I adjust or make changes to. For all other items: Returns: Please contact me within 2 days after receipt and let me know you are returning an item. Returns are paid for at the buyers expense, all returns must be returned within 5 days of receipt. If your item is not sent within this time frame it will not be accepted back for a refund. Please keep this in mind. Please include insurance and email me the tracking number. If a package is lost or returned damaged without insurance, a refund will not be issued. Once your return is received, I will send a refund for the product, minus the shipping and insurance fees incurred. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions. Other Policies

I accept custom orders, please message me to request a special item. All of the jewelry items are made with glass, ceramic, acrylic, or natural stones and I make every effort to use metals that are lead and nickel free. Thanks again for looking! I appreciate your business. Sincerely, Lori
