Introduction

If you want something personalized, please give me an additional 3 days to make sure it is right. It may not take that long, but I would prefer the longer time frame just in case. If you are ordering a custom basket, those can take longer, but I will give you my best estimate. If you are ordering something already made & ready to go, I ship it out within 2 business days (weekends & holidays are for the family).

Payment Policy

Payment is due at time of order. No refunds for customized orders, but if there is an error it will be replaced. If ordering a large amount of custom items, we can discuss a downpayment and payment plan, it will need to be paid in full prior to shipping.

Shipping Policy

I normally ship first class, but I am willing to ship priority. If it is oversized or very heavy, I may ship through UPS or FEDEx, depending upon their costs. I would charge you no more over the shipping costs unless I need to purchase a specialty box. And I can add that receipt if needed.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you purchased a ready made product & have any issues, such as broken, not working, or not as described (remember they are handmade so there can be differences) such as ordering a bath towel & receiving a hand towel, please contact me right away, so that I can remedy this. If you no longer want the item you ordered, send it back in the condition it was sent (new, packaged, unused), for a refund (minus shipping). Customized orders for refunds & exchanges are on a case by case basis. Please contact me immediately so we can discuss the options.

Other Policies

I try to add the cost of packaging into my price, but occasionally it doesn't work out. This could be because of how you want it shipped, or because of where you are located. I will let you know if there are any extra costs that go with the order in the listing if possible. This will usually not be the case except on larger orders. If you request and pay for a custom item, and then request a cancellation after the work has started, you will only receive a 50% refund. If you contact me right away, I will give you 75% maybe more, depending on what was to be done. But I will let you know prior to the cancellation finalization.
