Payments are accepted via Paypal. You DO NOT need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: Choose the PayPal Option during checkout.
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail to the US. We DO NOT ship outside of the U.S. at this time. Currently shipping and handling is $3.50. Please notify me if you want insurance that will be an additional cost. Orders will be shipped out within 3 - 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. If you would rather your item be sent with UPS or Fedex I will gladly send it that way for an extra charge.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to me! Please contact me right away if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Returns of undamaged and unused items are accepted within 7 days of your receipt of an item. A refund will be provided for the purchase price of the item excluding shipping, and insurance. If an item is lost or damaged during shipping for any reason, the buyer is responsible for contacting USPS for reimbursement.
