Shipping Policy

Shipping will typically be by the USPS unless otherwise noted. If it is less expensive to use a different carrier, then I will use the least expensive option. Product Turnaround: Every products takes a different amount of time to build. For smaller items, it is typically about 7 days to create. Once they are created they will be shipped out.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, but do charge a small restocking fee of 10%. You must contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back within 30 days of delivery. I only accept cancellations within the first 24hrs. Please contact me if you experience any problems with your order. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction. The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective: • Custom or personalized orders
