Introduction

When I receive an order, I will package up the requested item(s) and, as soon as I get notice that the payment has cleared, I will send the package that day or the next business day. See "Payment" section for details on that issue and "Shipping" for more details on that.

Payment Policy

Payments must clear within 7 business days. If the payment doesn’t clear, I will cancel the order If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 48 hours of your purchase. You will receive a full refund. Any other cancellations will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

I will ship anywhere within the US, using the Post Office. Ordinarily, I choose the cheapest rate and will insure the package. I will use a faster shipping method and/or a different shipper at your request. Questions and diffferent instructions welcome. Expect a package to take up to 21 days to arrive once your payment has cleared (this time allows for shipping delays within the system, but I will mail it out as soon as possible after your your order is clear to go).

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. **Items must be returned in their original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed, less shipping. In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange. If damage occurs during delivery, I will be happy to try and attempt to recreate the original piece. However, many of my pieces are one of a kind and recreating may not be possible.

Other Policies

Pieces that fail (i.e. a pendant becomes disconnected because a connecting link opens up) can be returned for repair. Pieces that are damaged through use may not be returned.
