WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE? If you place a custom order thru me here on etsy or facebook, payment will be required before I start any custom order. This allows me to order any supplies, an also ensures me that you will not be changing your mind on a custom order piece I have began to work on. ORDER STATUS & RUSH OPTIONS Once you purchase a item your names goes on the bottom of my current open orders list. If you need an item ASAP please be sure to purchase the RUSH OPTION when ordering your item.

Shipping Policy

HOW LONG IS THE WAIT? Turnaround times are subject to change at any time and are only a estimate. If you feel you have been waiting well over the generated Etsy time frame that was given when ordered, please send me a private message thru here or a email! HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED? Etsy will send you a email with tracking numbers once a label has been printed for you order to ship. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PAID? If you need to change the address please send me a message ASAP so i can make note of that! You may change the shipping address up until the shipping label is printed. if a shipping label has been printed we can no longer accept a address change. Sorry LOST, STOLEN DAMAGED PACKAGES PLEASE BE AWARE I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER BEING LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED AFTER IT HAS LEFT MY HANDS/STUDIO. I WILL HELP WITH THE BEST OF MY ABILITY SHOULD SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN. I try my hardest to ensure your items are packaged well an good enough to endure the USPS journey it will have to take. I place all items in jewelry boxes an tuck them into a bubble wrapped envelope an use plenty of tape. I will be happy to repair a item if worst case scenario it is damaged thru shipping. Please be ready to provide a clear & up close photo of any damage so I can determine if it can be repaired or if a new item needs to be purchased. If you item is damaged in route to you please contact us within 7 business days of receiving it to be eligible for free repair, after this time it is at our discretion whether on not we provide this service. We will NOT replace any lost or stolen package free of charge once it has been scanned into the USPS system. Depending on the circumstances we may offer you a replacement at 50% off the original retail price if your order is lost or stolen en route. Please understand although its not your fault a package has been lost it is also not ours. If your tracking number shows a status of "delivered" then we will under no circumstance provide you with a refund, replacement or store credit.

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Returns and exchange details ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO REFUNDS-NO EXCEPTIONS

Other Policies

In order to lengthen the life of your piece please follow these few instructions Do NOT expose your jewelry to moisture ie. take a shower/swim with your jewelry on. Keep jewelry in a box away from chemicals that may tarnish it, Please put all your beauty products on before you put your jewelry piece on. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THESE JEWELRY PIECES ARE ALL HAND STAMPED BY ME! NONE OF MY JEWELRY PIECES WILL EVER LOOK THE SAME. LINES AN LETTERS MAY NOT BE LINED UP PERFECTLY BUT THAT SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A DEFECT IN CRAFTSMANSHIP!
