✿ We accept Paypal, Credit Cards.
✿ Our current processing time is 1-3 Business days. But it can change anytime due to increased number of order received on a particular day. ✿ In the case of an order being sent to the wrong address, because of incorrect information given by the buyer, the order will be reshipped once it's returned to the seller. Reshipment will be at the cost of the buyer. If the address was entered incorrectly because of a mistake on the sellers part, a new item will be sent at no extra charge. ✿ If you receive an item damaged in transit due to mishandling by the USPS, please send us a message through Etsy within 48 hours of delivery along with a photo of the damaged item and a photo of the package showing the shipping label. We will send you a replacement with no additional cost. ✿ Tracking number will be provided (Only for US destinations) once the item is shipped. ✿ International Orders: In order to keep shipping costs low, all international orders are shipped First Class mail.Please note that international packages can take 1-4 weeks to arrive at its destination (sometimes up to 8 weeks during busy holiday seasons). Because of the range in shipping times, I cannot guarantee items will arrive on a specific date. PLEASE NOTE: Many countries charge import tax on merchandise. This import tax is the responsibility of the buyer as it is charged by the receiving country to the buyer directly. Buyers will be responsible for all import taxes.
Refund & Exchange Policy
✿ ALL PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE. ✿ A non-personalized item can be returned for refund, however, shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. And buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
