Everything you bring into your life should make you do a little dance, whether it's the clothes you wear, the earring that swing when you bob your head, or the new friend you made over fresh-roasted coffee at the farmer's market. All of the items in my shop are handmade by me in a cat- friendly, smoke free home.
Credit cards are accepted through Paypal.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of confirmed payment. If you have placed a custom order, you will receive an estimate of the time required for production and shipping. At this time Aftcra does not calculate a discounted shipping price for multiple item orders. I will refund excess shipping charges over 1 USD to your Paypal account. It is your responsibility as a buyer to make necessary arrangements to have items placed on hold, picked up or delivered to a safe location. If you find that a package appears to have been stolen after having been marked as "Delivered", please file a stolen mail report with your local post office and police department immediately and then let me know. I will do what I can to assist the post office in the inquiry. For items not marked as "Delivered", please allow sufficient time for the postal service to operate before requesting a refund due to non-delivery. Domestic (USA) packages may take up to 2 weeks. International orders may take up to 6 weeks to clear the customs office. International (non-US) buyers are responsible for VAT and customs duties. Domestic orders weighing less than 1 pound and international orders less than 4 pounds are sent USPS First Class. Otherwise, shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is included on all orders. Insurance is included on all domestic orders and most international orders. I reserve the right to cancel and refund orders from uninsurable countries. Buyers are responsible for any custom duties and local taxes.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, I will refund the purchase price (minus shipping charges) after I have the received the undamaged item from you. If you are unable to reuse the original packaging, please secure the item in bubble wrap before placing in a Tyvek or bubble mailer. Custom orders are not eligible for return, refund or exchange except under special circumstances. All items are carefully packed to avoid damage during shipping. In the event your item is damaged by the postal carrier, please take the time to photograph both the package and the contents before filing a claim with the USPS. Please send a copy of the pictures and a copy of the completed claim form to me so that you and I can make arrangements for you to return the damaged item for a full refund. If the package is lost or your item is missing from its package, I would be happy to assist the USPS in a mail fraud investigation. The USPS takes claims and mail fraud very seriously and will work diligently to resolve the case for us.
For alterations and custom orders, please contact me. I am happy to accommodate your requests whenever possible. Some alterations may require a small fee to cover the cost of materials and labor. Whether you are looking for a set or would like duplicates/multiples for a special group of people in your life, just ask! Please note that except under special circumstances, custom orders cannot be returned and will not be refunded. I am happy to accommodate wholesale orders from brick-and-mortar boutiques. Please contact me to set up your custom listing with wholesale pricing. At this time, I am unable to offer pieces on consignment.
