Introduction

Shipping times vary as most of my shop items are made to order. The only items that are on the shelf longer are the handmade Three Milk Trio and Donkey Milk bar soaps.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon order. No orders will be shipped until payment is received..

Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped anywhere from 2 to 5 days and sometimes sooner. Since items are usually made to order shipping times may vary. Please allow me 2 to 5 days to ship items to you. Know that your items are usually handmade within that week.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is anything defective, please let me know within 5 days of receiving the item. Items will need to be in original packaging and shipped at buyers' expense back to Cleopatra's Beauty Line.
