We accept payment throughPaypal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. To checkout through PayPal without an account: Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Centertwine offers both domestic and international shipping! We ship in-stock items within 1-5 business days, but we can almost always accommodate a rush order - please message us prior to ordering if you need expedited shipment. We will let you know if an upgrade to priority or express shipping is necessary to guarantee your delivery date. All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Most shipments take between two and five business days to arrive to any location within the United States once it has shipped. **INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All orders will be shipped via USPS 1st Class International which normally takes 15-30 days to arrival (unless expedited shipping upgrades are negotiated and agreed upon by buyer & seller). The shipping time depends on the duration of the custom checking and your local post office process. Also, we are NOT responsible for any applicable customs, import duties and taxes outside of the USA. Custom or wedding party orders typically take 5-7 days to produce in addition to the shipping time. Please allow for this when placing a custom order with us. If you need your items sooner, please email us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. We will ship to the address placed in your order unless you make note of a different address (e.g. if you are shipping the item as a gift) in the Message to Seller box after checkout.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, we want to work with you to make it right! Please contact us within ten days of receipt so that we can repair or exchange your purchase. If we have not heard from you within ten days, we will assume that the item arrived safely and that you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to work with you on this as well. The buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost (both the return of the original item and the cost to ship the new item). Please contact us within ten days of receipt so that we can coordinate an exchange with you. If we have not heard from you within ten days, we will assume that the item arrived safely and that you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase. Refunds can be negotiated on an as needed basis. Please email us privately to discuss a refund if you're not happy with your purchase.
We are happy to work with you on select custom orders, including color changes and sizes. Please email us with your requests.
