Introduction

What we bring to our products are our unique flair, and common interests. This business makes many different handmade crafty items, such as: crochet, perler/hama beads, paper crafts, sculptures, soaps, candles, paintings, plushies, and a bunch more. If you can't tell, we're crafty geeks. Category Geek consists of two people, Josh and Erick. Our company was created whilst crafting gifts for friends. We both come from an artsy background, with Josh having the most experience out of us both. Josh always has to have something to do, something crafty so he is always learning new ways to spend his time. He started drawing at a young age, where he branched out to different mediums and hasn't stopped since. Erick has experience in drawing (mostly Anime characters), and is slowly learning other crafts. His favorite craft is making awesome 8 bit characters out of Perler beads. We both have a huge list of fandoms, and have wanted to create something that we can share with others. We like everything from Anime, Doctor Who, Star Wars, Marvel/DC, Harry Potter and the list is growing everyday. So, come along on this journey, and walk away with some amazing products!

Payment Policy

Please pay for your items as soon as possible, or contact me if you need more time, otherwise, I will cancel transaction within 3 days and the item will be re-listed. :) You can pay with either paypal, or direct checkout For Custom Orders: Payment is received in full before I even start on it unless discussed otherwise. If it is discussed, at least half of the down payment as a non refundable deposit. The reason for this is that materials and items needed would have been bought and your item would be already started. That deposit will pay for the things stated.

Shipping Policy

I will do my best to ship as soon as I can. I know how exciting it is to wait for an item, so I will do my best to not make you wait too long :D I usually have the amount of time it will take, especially for my papercrafts. Shipping is done USPS and the item with ship within 24-72 hours of the cleared payment - I ship to the Paypal address, unless you specify another address withing the 24 hours after you bought it :D Please make sure to send us your correct address, if a mistake is made the buyer is responsible for the extra shipping costs - If I do not understand your message or none is sent: After 5 days of receiving the payment and no reply from the buyer after any attempts to contact, the order will be shipped as you have paid for it. -Please consider the extra time it will take if the order is a Made to Order or Custom order. Each order will have the allotted time and if the item is done early, I will let you know :D The payment process is stated in my payment policy. -Shipping upgrades are available upon request and costs of the buyer -If you are outside the United States please request shipping cost for the country you are in to avoid shipping overcharges. - If the package becomes lost (you never know), it won't be considered lost until at least a month after the shipping date -Any questions, let me know :D

Refund & Exchange Policy

All Items are handmade and will slightly vary. If you are absolutely not satisfied with your Item please message us and we will gladly assist you. If your item was damaged, Please message us with pictures of packaging and damaged products and we will gladly replace damaged products. Refunds (minus shipping) will be issued when item is returned in the exact condition and packaging it was delivered in and buyer is responsible for additional shipping. If the item is claimed to be broken or damaged more than 5 days after it arrived, the refund will not be given.
