Payment Policy
PAYMENT: Amazon payment, check / money order and Paypal is accepted as payment for your protection p_williamson@rocketmail.com Special orders are welcome. Please contact me with any questions or requests. Deadline for payment on special orders are 3 days from reservation listing. Sales tax are added to Texas residence at 8.25%. All cancellations are prone to 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Policy
SHIPPING: Combined shipping discounts on all items. Shipping by USPS is preffered by most customers and is calculated in all listings. If you preffer other shipping method, quote will be added and must be paid in order for item to be sent. Please contact me with any questions.
Refund & Exchange Policy
REFUNDS EXCHANGES: Due to all items are handmade and individually constructed no two items are the same. All cancelled orders are prone to 20% restocking fee due to relisting, selling fees from aftcra and paypal. Items must be returned within 3days after buyer receives item and must be preapproved by seller. Money back refund is issued after item is received by seller at buyers expense. Due to original shipment have been rendered.
