Due to the nature of items we sell, we do not offer refunds. We do want you to be completely happy with your products, however, so if you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us! We accept custom orders in addition to selling our "already made" items in stock. The items already in stock will be sent to your email within 24 hours. If you place a custom order, we will contact once you submit your order and discuss processing times and other details of your order.
