Hello! My name is Kristin and I'm a one woman operation, working out of my home studio. Every single piece you see in my shop is personally & painstakingly designed and handcrafted by me to my exacting standards. You could even say that I'm a bit of an obsessive perfectionist! I really pride myself on superior quality and craftsmanship, as well as attention to detail and creating sturdy and original pieces to be cherished for years to come. I make every effort to use only the highest quality materials and components I can get my hands on. And, of course, everything is made with heaping mounds of LOVE!
Immediate payment is required via PayPal. All custom work requires a 50% up front deposit before I can begin work on your request.
Almost all orders (with the exception of custom pieces, pieces that require alterations, and made-to-order items) are processed, packaged, and ready to be mailed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once turned over to my postal carrier, most First Class packages can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service. Priority Mail can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I want you to love the pieces you buy at Blood Flowers. If you're not thrilled, please email me to coordinate an exchange. I'll need to receive your item back within 7 days of your receipt. Exchanges only - sorry, no refunds. Please send your items back to me in the original packaging via a trackable courier (UPS/FedEx), as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the return back to me. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
Do you see a piece of jewelry in my shop that you would like something similar to, but in different colors or in a different size? Or just have an idea that you think I might be able to create for you? I may be able to to make something to your specifications. Feel free to contact me to inquire about custom jewelry pieces. Please be aware that payment(s) must be completed before I can begin any work. No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom work.
