Welcome to Black Jacket Tackle Company. We are a husband and wife team. Our faith, family, and desire to bring high quality items to the marketplace drive us. Our products are made with great pride. We design and manufacture our products in house and we do not sublet our production to overseas factories for the sake of cheaper labor and higher profit margins. We are excited to share our products with you, our valued customer. We are committed to growing our product line through creativity and dedication, and growing our customer base with service and appreciation. We sincerely want to show our appreciation to our customers, without your loyalty, there is no Black Jacket Tackle Co.
Purchases must be paid in full before items ship.
We utilized the USPS for all shipments. We make every attempt to ship orders within five (5) business days. If we cannot make this timeframe, we will notify you via e-mail. Once your package leaves our shop, we are not liable for lost shipments. We ship to the address provided; if a change of address is required, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order is still being processed, we will make any necessary changes; however if the package has shipped, it will be the buyer's responsibility to notify the Post Office.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Contact us within 10 days after delivery of item to request a return or exchange. We require the invoice number and date of your order, as well as the reason for return. Authorized exchanges may require additional information or measurements. We will give you an authorization number, which will need to be included in the return. Items returned without the authorization number will NOT be refunded. Items to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused condition. Moccasins worn outdoors are not eligible to be returned, unless you were given authorization from us to do so. Authorized refunds will be issued within five (5) business days after our receipt and inspection of returned item(s). Refund does not include shipping costs, and buyer pays for return shipping. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items NOT eligible for return include, but are not limited to: Custom sized moccasins Custom or personalized items Sale or clearance items
Order Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled, without applicable fees, provided your order has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Moccasin orders may be cancelled; however, if the leather has already been cut for a special order or custom size, there will be a charge of 25% of the value of the moccasins to assist in offsetting the cost of labor and material loss.
