Shipping Policy

Free Domestic shipping through USPS No International shipping available at this time Pre-made orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days Custom orders will take approximately 7-14 days to complete and will be shipped the next business day following project completion.

Refund & Exchange Policy

No exchanges accepted Refunds will only be issued for items arriving damaged. For custom orders, I will be happy to issue a refund if I have not started the order. Once the order has been started, you will be refunded minus the cost of materials.
