Bit of Bling's Policies
We accept payments via PayPal.
All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Usually First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight. Customers may upgrade from First Class to Priority Mail shipping. In stock items can be shipped express at buyer's expense. If you need something shipped overnight, please contact us first before placing your order. Custom orders are non-refundable. All sales are final. All orders must be paid for before work begins on any item. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of defective merchandise. Item(s) must be returned with original tags, in original packaging and in unused condition. Approval of returns is based on inspection of defective merchandise by Bit of Bling. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and will not be reimbursed for return shipping.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 30 of ordering. The item(s) returned must be in original, new/unused condition. Customers will need to ship the item(s) back via USPS and provide a tracking number. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping. Refunds will be submitted once the return(s) are received and inspected.
