Bird & Deer's Policies
Bird & Deer aims to divert fabrics destined for landfills, closets, and attics by artistically morphing them into useful creations.
For completed creations, full payment is required upon purchase. For custom creations: - Contact for timeline, fabric availabilities, and other factors. Upon reaching a resolution - 50% payment is required upon order placement & - 50% payment is required upon order completion.
3-5 business days to ship completed orders. Shipping costs are in addition to creation costs. Multiple orders will be shipped together, if reasonably possible, to reduce packaging.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Case by case. All creations can be returned. Undamaged products, or products that had a defect in their craftsmanship (a defect caused by me) can be returned for full refund within 3 weeks of shipment. Products damaged during shipping can be discussed to determine appropriate course of action. Products damaged by purchaser can be returned, but will not be refunded.
In the event that a product is defective/damaged, but the purchaser wishes to keep the product, I will work with the purchaser to mend the defect/damage by supporting the purchaser to mend on their own, or having the defective/damaged items sent back and repaired by me. If the latter, cost and method of repair will be discussed and decided on a case by case basis.
