Introduction

Every effort is made to select the "ingredients" for my bows from companies that are "made in the USA." Some elements are manufactured outside the US. I hand sew All the bows from rolls of quality ribbons. Each bow is heat sealed to prevent fraying. USE Please do not allow any child to wear, handle, play with or otherwise use these items without direct adult supervision. Do not let a sleeping child wear them.They are NOT intended as toys/costumes! RETURNS Unfortunately, I cannot allow for returns on hair wear (due to sanitary reasons), however, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me. Be sure to include a photo of your items as you received it within seven business days (weekends don’t count). I am more than happy to discuss with you how to make it right! Be sure to email me with the date you need your order to arrive! You may need to upgrade the method of delivery. I will contact you should the time span be questionable. If you are pleased with your purchase, I'd be extremely grateful if would take a few seconds to leave positive feedback. Custom Orders I cannot return custom orders. It is very important that we keep in touch to confirm all the details of your custom items! Once you confirm the details, full Payment is due, final and non-refundable. All Items are "Handcrafted" As with all handcrafted items, each and every piece of mine is original, and will slightly vary in it's details.

Shipping Policy

I charge USPS rates for shipping, plus $1.00 handling charge on large items. I STRONGLY suggest customers choose to either have items delivered to their work address, or to select registered delivery to prevent package theft.

Refund & Exchange Policy
