Shipping Policy

For in-stock items, handling time is 2 days or less, shipping speeds can vary by carrier. Custom items take a maximum of 2 weeks from start to getting your item to you.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept exchanges for actual, material defects or for artist mistakes. Returns of non-custom orders due to customer error will gladly be accommodated if customer pays shipping both ways. I reserve the right to use my discretion in cases of return or exchange eligibility. All custom and special orders are final sale unless otherwise noted.
