Payment Policy

I currently accept all forms of payment, including gift cards, credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc. Please contact me with any questions about payment.

Shipping Policy

I live in the United States and your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. If you live within the United States you should receive your order within 5 business days from the day I have shipped it. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation message containing a tracking number through USPS, a message from me, and an estimated delivery date. If you live outside of the United States your estimated delivery time will vary. All pieces are wrapped in padded photograph envelopes and then placed in another padded box for safe shipping.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you have any problems with your order please contact me and it will be resolved in a timely manner. I accept returns in the the original packaging and in the same condition that you have received it. I will refund your money but you will have to pay the shipping cost. (Once I receive the item I will send you a prompt refund to your account less the shipping fees). Damaged items: If the item arrives damaged I'll offer a refund or a replacement if photo proof is provided or if you ship the item back to me (I’ll refund original postage fee). Incorrect items: If you do not received what you have ordered you can return it to me and I'll ship the correct item (you will not be charged postage again). Lost orders: It is rare that a order gets lost but if your package does not arrive within 6 weeks of shipping date I'll re-ship it, unless the items are no longer in stock (in this case I offer refunds). Incorrect address: I ship to your address as it shown in payment confirmation ( unless requested differently) , so please make sure that you have the correct address to prevent problems., I am not responsible for lost orders shipped for incorrect address. If your package is returned due to incorrect address I can ship it again upon postage payment.
