Payment Policy

Payment is expected immediately after purchasing the item. Items will be sent within 1-3 business days but most orders are processed and packaged immediately after checkout. Packaged Beautifully and with Love. Items must be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order. Unless item is of course, already marked as shipped.

Shipping Policy

Your purchases will be shipped to the address provided by Etsy or PayPal, Please make sure that it is updated and correct. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days through USPS. Please allow extra time for International Shipping and Holidays. If you would like insurance, delivery confirmation, tracking, etc., I would be happy to provide them at an additional cost to the purchaser. I highly recommend insurance to all of my customers. This is especially true for international orders, though higher shipping rates will apply. Include in a message if you would like any of these perks, separate invoice will be sent. I am more than happy to ship to a gift recipient’s address rather than your own. You may also include a special note! Send in message directly after purchase. Interested in a Payment Plan rather than purchasing your Art in one lump sum? I gladly accept payment via PayPal's Bill Me Later option. I offer same day shipping for all of my items at an additional cost. Each item varies in pricing. If you would like your purchase immediately packaged and sent within the hour please choose Same Day Shipping at checkout. All Guitar and Bass Picks are mailed directly through USPS, unless you have a larger order. Insurance and tracking not provided for these items.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item so we can make sure you are pleased! If an item is DAMAGED or LOST I will replace it fully within 2-3 business days. No return necessary. No Refunds on ANY purchase unless canceled within 3 hours of ordering. However if item is already marked as shipped then no refunds can be issued.
