American Bench Craft was started by two brothers with one simple goal: to make a better wallet. We wanted a wallet that would not fall apart at the seams like every other wallet we've ever owned. To achieve this, we came up with a design made from a single piece of leather and secured with metal fasteners, NO THREAD STITCHING. Using the finest materials, an elegant design and reliable American craftsmanship, we built a wallet that could truly stand the test of time. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. SHIPPING: All American Bench Craft products are handmade by us for you. We ship most non-customized orders within 3-5 business days from when you place your order. Please check the products customize section for the latest production lead time on customized orders. Our priority is to ensure that you receive your items promptly, so by all means contact us directly if you are up against a deadline. DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We offer Domestic Shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are flat rate and added to your order at checkout. We ship to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer International Shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and regularly ship all over the world. Note: packages that ship via USPS First Class will not have tracking information. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Please contact us directly if your destination is not available at checkout.
Refund & Exchange Policy
- If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will accept a return and process a refund unless otherwise specified. - We guarantee your purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of your product, but our policy can not accommodate purchases that have been abused, misused, or altered. - Where needed, we will repair your product. Contact email@example.com to discuss a potential repair service. - The sale of all limited edition products, products that have been engraved, monogrammed, embossed, personalized, etc. are final and non-refundable.
