When ordering a Custom made shoes or other products you would like to customize please list the following in a message to me... 1. Shoe size 2. Color and type of crystal. Swavorski or our high quality jelly resin rhinestones. ( note swavorski element crystals are a high quality rhinestone, they are a diamond compared to a cubic zirconia in the rhinestone world and prices are higher. ) 3. Color and material of laces (ex. Lace, silk, sheer, cotton) 4. Any special theme (ex. hello kitty, mickey mouse, channel, LV, MK, Batman, Wonder women) Same goes for all other products. The stones are hand placed and although they are sealed and secure, if you see your child chewing or picking on the rhinestones please discontinue use immediately! . They are required parental supervision. All buyers are responsible for anything that happens once I have shipped item. -:- Guarantee : If any Stones happen to fall off i will replace them free of charge all you have to do is send them to me with a return label. I provide tracking number to ensure they go directly from me to you.

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders or already made orders. All sales are final. * I put a lot of love and the finest detail into my work to ensure that you will be happy with your item! I also send pictures before i send custom orders to finalize the order and to make sure you are happy with the finished look.
