I take PayPal payments only.
I ship USPS First Class mail. I generally ship all items in bubble mailers to prevent damage. If you are local or shop in my area, contact me and we will try to work out delivery and save postage.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges are NOT given unless I have misrepresented my items. All items are handmade by me, I take great pride in what I make. My goal is to make each customer happy. I would appreciate to know if you are unhappy with your purchase before leaving a negative or neutral view. I am not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Once it has left my hands I have no control over it. If you have received a shipping notification but haven't received your package with in a reasonable amount of time, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work from there.
I will ship Internationally. These orders will go First Class International. No tracking information is available. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on where it is sent, it could take up to 6 weeks. Orders shipped outside of the USA may be assessed customs fees and taxes by the recipient's country. International customers are responsible for these fees. By federal and International law, I must include the actual purchase price of each item on the customs form for each shipment.
