All items are available for custom order for a higher cost (see individual items). If you want a custom painted wall art, tray, cutting board, or coasters there is no additional cost as we have included that in the offer. We offer over 100 colors and if you provide us with a color we can try to match it ( our color expert is VERY good). Let us know what you want in comments and we will verify via email prior to making the product. The cost of shipping is the same, but the time to make it is one to two weeks.
Payment is through this website and Paypal. We will not ask you for any of your information beyond your customization info.

Refund & Exchange Policy
If you receive a regular item and are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of reveiving your item. You will have to ship the item back to us and we will then provide the refund. No refunds are offered on custom orders. We verify through email what your color choice is, style and preferences before the item is ever made. If it is a painted item, we will verify via email once it is complete, before we mail it. We take extra special care to ensure your satisfaction before mailing the item.
Custom orders are completely up to you. It is truly a case of the customer is always right. You tell us a color, we will send photos of your options. We do custom color matching as well. Want a light switch to match the hot pink walls? We can do that! Just send us a color swatch or the info from where you bought it (such as the color card from Home Depot). With painting, between Karen and Melissa we paint a lot of things. We also enjoy a challenge! However; neither one is good at people. If you want a family photo in the work, awesome, we pill print it and incorporate it into tbe work. The sky is the limit!
