Payment Policy

AFreshFaceSoapCo. uses Paypal for payments. I will begin processing your order once payment is received.

Shipping Policy

Orders ordinarily ship within 1-2 business days, however, large orders, custom orders, and busy seasons may delay shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 business days during these times to process prior to shipment. All orders will be shipped to the address provided via Paypal and/or aftcra account. Any orders needing to be re-shipped due to incorrect or undeliverable address, will require postage paid by customer to re-ship. I will hold orders for 14 days in these rare instances.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of these products, I cannot accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will do everything I reasonably can to make it right.
