We use Paypal payment processing. We are required by law to collect tax on Virginia Point of Sales. All Virginia Sales will be assessed 5.3% sales tax. All duties, customs and applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Processing usually takes 5-7 business days to ship from receipt of order. You will be notified via email with an order confirmation after your purchase, then sent another email when your item has shipped, which will include your tracking number, if applicable. We primarily ship USPS first class mail, and in some cases priority if enough shirts are ordered that the pricing works out economically. You must choose priority shipping as an upgrade if you prefer this method. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING If you are shipping internationally and your country is not listed, please send us a conversation. We will then send you a shipping estimate. 5AREA1 is not responsible for any additional import taxes or duty charges you may incur after shipment of your order. Please educate yourself on your particular country's rules, regulations, and charges regarding the importation of goods before you purchase from us. 5AREA1 is also not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by customs, which can. and will happen no matter how fast you choose to ship. DAMAGED SHIPMENT Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order if an item has been damaged during shipping. We suggest you take some pictures of the package to determine faulty packaging or if the item was damaged during transit.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We quality check all orders with the hope that you will never have a reason to return an item. However, if a return is necessary we will do our best to make the process as easy and fair as possible! RETURN POLICY All exchange/refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item/s. Please send a Convo. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges . EXCHANGES: We will gladly make exchanges for sizing issues, defects in workmanship or garment as long as the item is in the same condition (new, unworn and not laundered) as it was shipped with tags attached. Please check for fit before washing. Most exchanges are due to sizing misunderstandings. Check our sizing chart in the pictures on the item page before placing your order. REFUNDS: We will gladly accept refunds with a $4.00 per item restocking fee. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Policy is the same as above. However, we can not issue refunds for items abandoned, not claimed, or refused at customs. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If your item has been damaged during transit, we advise you to take a picture of the package before opening and contact your local USPS facility regarding insurance reimbursement for your item. If your item is damaged or defective for reasons not involving transit, please contact us via Convo and we will advise on the best course of action and get it sorted as soon as possible.
