Hey thanks for stopping by. My name is Atiya, but you can call me Tia. I'm a Navy Vet, who likes to make things. 3 Animals Handmade Accessories is based in San Diego California. It started in 2014 as a way to stay somewhat productive while fighting some serious depression brought on by Post Traumatic Stress. The Mascots, Chewy, Boba, and Jango, are the loves of my life, and watch my every move as I create your items. You can call them Quality Control. You can also call me a Star Wars freak, but awesome pets deserve awesome names. Every purchase from 3 Animals Handmade Accessories, supports this Veteran and the fur babies that keep me going. Everything is handmade in house, wrapped with care and shipped to you with the best of intentions.

Shipping is done through USPS. I ship first class which is 2-5 days normally and priority upon request which is 1-3 day sat a higher shipping price. All items ship within 1-2 days of purchase, unless specified.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I want you to be happy with your products, but if you're not just send me an message within 5 days of receipt. We'll work something out together. If there's a chance for a refund, I will issue it in full after the item is back in my possession.Full refund is offered for all jewelry only, and not hair accessories or bath products. Hair accessories are case by case. I'll be honest, I don't want you to send me back any soap, lotion, or shampoo bars, I would not know what to do with them, even if they've remained up-opened. And unfortunately I can't offer a refund or an exchange on these items. No refunds on customized items.
I can do custom work, depending on whether or not I have the supplies on hand to make your item. This includes: lock accessories, jewelry, and batch bath and body bars. Let me explain the soap and lotion bars. A batch of soap consists of 9-10 bars while a batch of lotion or shampoo contains 6-8 bars. I do not customize individual bath bars. Apologies. Payment for a customized item is required upon completion, and will remain off the selling platform for three days. If by the third day the customized item is not purchased, it will join with regular inventory and no preferential treatment will be given to the customer who made the custom request.
