Payment Policy

2CuteDoggyClothes (2CDC) accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover an d American Express credit cards or PayPal through AFTCRA direct checkout. If you would like to pay by Check or Money Order please contact 2CDC directly. Orders will not ship until payment by Check or Money Order clears.

Shipping Policy

United States Please allow 1-2 weeks to ship out Custom Orders from any style, keep in mind this does not include shipping time. Items are shipped via USPS First Class, insured with tracking numbers within 1-2 weeks of Custom Orders and made to order items. Please note during busy Holidays or adverse weather conditions, orders may be delayed and you will be notified of delayed estimate time of arrival (ETA).

Refund & Exchange Policy

2CuteDoggyClothes accepts returns to exchange and Item: Contact 2CDC within 7days of delivery date Ship items back within 21 days of delivery date No cancellations on Custom orders after 3 days of placing the order
