My goal is to provide you, the customer, with a quality, handmade item that is unique. Each of my creations is a work of art that can be worn or carried. I take pride in my work and strive to produce an excellent product that is well made and durable.
I do require payment before your purchase is shipped. I accept payment through Paypal.
All items purchased from 16 CARDINAL LANE ship using First Class USPS. International buyers must pay for customs and all other fees. Immediately upon shipping, you will be notified with a tracking number and an estimated date of delivery. Jewelry items are placed in a gift box and shipped in a padded shipping envelope. Purses, bags, hats and other items are wrapped in pretty tissue paper and packed in a padded shipping envelope.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns: I want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if for some reasons you are not, I will gladly accept a return without any questions asked. However, I do require that the item is in the same condition when sent back to me as it was in when it was sent to you. Damaged items will not be accepted for return. The buyer pays for the return shipping costs and I strongly suggest that you purchase insurance and a tracking number for your own protection. As soon as the item reaches me and I determine that it can be restocked, your money will be cheerfully refunded minus the original shipping cost. International buyers must pay all shipping fees.
