We are happy to work with customers on special orders and we want you to have a positive experience. Please contact us with any and all concerns so any issues can be resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
Payment is required at time of purchase. We can not cancel an order once it has shipped! Please be sure you want what you are purchasing.
We ship out your order as soon as possible. Please contact us with any special shipping requests. We send all orders via USPS.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not provide refunds. However, if a candle arrives damaged we will be happy to send a replacement. We must be sent a photo of the damage and the package as proof that the damage occurred during shipment. We must receive this within 24 hours of you receiving your order.
