Payment Policy

Payments are accepted through PayPal, which can include Visa and Mastercard, and must clear authorization before shipment. Customized orders will also have a 20% non-refundable fee of total purchase price of item.

Shipping Policy

Processing time The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Orders will be shipped via USPS. Non-customized items are processed within 1-2 business days of payment authorization. If your order is placed after 4pm EST, then your order will not process until the following business day. Customized orders will vary based on the customization. This will be discussed with you directly as we get the parameters of what you would like to have done. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply for any location outside of the US. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. I do not accept exchanges or cancellations. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I try to be as descriptive as possible when listing my items. We do value your business and satisfaction! We will work with you if your item arrives damaged.
