I accept PayPal. Payment must be completed before production is begun. If you need to cancel a ready to ship order, you must contact me within 24 hrs or I will not be able to issue a refund.
Shipping for "ready to go orders", that is, items that require no customization is 3-5 days from date of purchase. For quality control reasons, Items that require customization such as color, wording, monograms, handedness, or other personalized requests require more time and are totally dependent on communication from the buyer. Customized items are fun, and I love making them! Once a design has been confirmed, production will begin. Messages will be sent to update you with the progress. In general, custom items are ready to ship 7 days after the customization has been agreed to and verified.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Customized or personalized items are non refundable after the order has been verified and agreed upon. If your item has been damaged due to shipping, after verification of the damage, the item will be replaced at no cost. Shipping of the replaced item remains the responsibility of the purchaser.
