I want every customer to be satisfied. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact me before leaving feedback. Good customer service and product quality are my first priorities - I'll do my best to help you! All items have been made in a smoke-free environment & I use recycled packaging whenever possible... we gotta take care of our planet! :)
I accept payments through Paypal.
I ship both domestically & internationally through USPS Monday-Friday. Delivery normally takes 2-3 days to the United States, and 10-26 days to Canada, Australia, UK and Europe. All international orders have the chance of being subject to review in customs. Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Please note, that I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once they have entered the US postal system, and do not offer refunds for shipping errors (like getting lost or damaged in the mail.) All domestic orders ship with a tracking number so they can be located while in transit. PLEASE NOTE: shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges are accepted on non-custom items within the first 10 days of receipt if you are for any reason unhappy with what you have received. Please return the item in the exact condition in which it was received for a full refund or exchange. The goods you send back must be packaged securely to avoid damage. I will refund minus shipping fees. Unfortunately, custom items are not refundable. If a package is returned to me due to wrong address or postal errors, It will be a buyer's responsibility to pay additional postage cost to resend the package.
