Payment is required prior to me beginning work on your purchase. Each piece is made-to-order. As such, once I begin work on your piece, I cannot cancel your order. Please be sure before you make your purchase. In addition, you cannot make any changes to your purchase. If you have a question, ask me, but once I have started, I cannot undo anything. Current turn-around time is 2-3 weeks. This may increase around the various holidays throughout the year. Please leave yourself enough of a time window so that you are not in a rush. That being said, if your item is ready sooner, it will ship sooner. So, many times you will receive your item much sooner than expected. Your items arriving to you in the same condition as they leave my hands is very important to me. I ship all purchases in USPS priority flat rate boxes. This includes insurance and tracking. If I need to move from a small box to a larger one, I will notify you of the extra postage prior to starting your order. This should only happen if you purchase more than I can fit in the small box! *** Please note - If you would like to order more than one item, please send me an email to email@example.com prior to making your purchase. Let me know which items you would like, and I will create a special listing for you with all your items and adjust the shipping accordingly. *** Due to the custom nature of my items, returns cannot be accepted. If I make a mistake (spelling, etc), I will gladly replace the item. However, I cannot be responsible if you make a mistake. Please double- and triple-check any custom text before submitting your order. I will stamp what you submit, as it is submitted. If there is a problem, please take a picture of your item and contact me. I will work with you to resolve the issue the best I can.
