Sign Chik's Policies
At Sign Chik we currently make Family Birthday Boards, Personalized Yard Signs, Custom Wedding Venue Decor, Personalized Coasters, Commercial Grade Store Front Vinyl Lettering, Custom Vinyl Wall Art, and much more. If you can think of it, we can probably make it for you in the form of lettering, decor, or a sign. Most of our items are custom ordered as gifts for others, and so when asked to describe our store in three words it would be: Affordable Personalized Gifts.

Large quantity orders and orders placed during any of our peak seasons (i.e. Christmas, which begins Oct 1st and runs thru Jan 1st.... and Mother's & Father's Day rush runs from Mar 20-June 20) may take a bit longer to ship. It is always a good idea to message us if you are trying to meet a certain deadline. CUSTOM ORDERS can take longer than the posted time frame to create, so please be sure to check with us on your time frame PRIOR to placing your order. An order is considered "Custom" if we have had to change the design or sizing of the item that you are ordering. It is also deemed "Custom" if you have sent us an image and asked us to create an item that you have seen elsewhere that we do not currently show in our listings. We ship via USPS only so that we are able to offer you the most economical shipping rates. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment once it has been shipped. USPS in most cases takes approximately 1-3 business days to deliver your item once we have shipped it. Their time frames depend on your zip code.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All items are custom made and personalized. Therefore they cannot be resold once created. We can repair the item, or recreate it, but there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Sign Chik will warranty any of our products for 30 days from the date of purchase on manufacturing flaws only. Sign Chik is not responsible for any damage done to personal property our products are placed on or around. If there is a manufactured defect with your item or the item was damaged in shipping, please email us a picture of the damage. Once we have reviewed the picture, we will determine if there needs to be a replacement shipped or if we can help you repair it yourself. If we have to issue a replacement, the damaged item must be shipped back to us before the new one will be shipped. Once we have a tracking number and can see that the damaged item is shipped, we will send the replacement so that you have it as quickly as possible. ITEM RECEIVED DAMAGED: If an item is damaged during shipping, we required pictures of the damaged item as well as the damaged packaging. Please send those to tiffany [!at] signchik.com as soon as you receive the damaged item. We will then file a USPS damage claim and begin the process of getting your item remade and shipped out to you as timely as possible...or refunding the item if there is a deadline that cannot then be made due to the damage. Do not send the item back to us unless we have requested that you do so. Any and all APPROVED refunds will take 24-48 business hours to process.
