Shawver Art's Policies
Shawver Art is great if you love jewelry, paintings, tie-dye, photography you name. We offer customization's for jewelry, acrylic paintings and tie-dye.
We accept payments through Paypal only.
All items will ship within approximately 2-3 business days of the approved payment transaction. Business days are considered Monday through Friday and does not include holidays, but we can make exceptions for holidays. Once your order is shipped we will send the tracking information to your e-mail that you use during check-out. If you do not receive the order within 2 weeks after placement, please contact: Chel.firstname.lastname@example.org or Speedforlife0@gmail.com. We cannot be held responsible for lost orders that are more than 15 days old. The shipping carriers do not require a delivery signature so if you are not home during the day, we suggest shipping to your place of employment or another address where someone is available to receive the delivery to prevent possible theft. If no one is available at the address provided, we cannot be responsible for damage or theft that occurs after the carrier has left the package. Also important: the shipping carriers do not guarantee delivery dates for ground shipments. If your order is time sensitive, we suggest upgrading to 2-day air, which can be done during check-out. If the carrier determines the address to be incorrect or not suitable for leaving the package unattended, we cannot be held responsible if the package is returned to us. In order to reship the package to you, additional shipping charges will be applied. In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged, please keep all of the original packaging materials and notify us within 2 days of receiving the order. The notification should be made in writing and sent via email to: email@example.com; please try to include as much detail as possible. We will contact the carrier to arrange for an inspection of the damage; they have 30 days to complete the review process.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We don't refund on customized items unless the error is our mistake. We strive to provide our customers with quality. If an error was made on our part, we will replace the item at no additional charge, only if the error is reported to us within 10 days of receiving the order. Will take custom orders on jewelry, acrylic paintings and tie dye colors. The tie dye will take up to 3 days before shipped, due to the drying process for 24 hours. Because no two tie dye's will ever be exactly the same, patterns may vary between your pieces but it just helps add a uniqueness to your piece.
