Introduction
Items are available for immediate shipment -unless custom request.
Payment Policy
Please make payment within 48 hours of purchase.
Shipping Policy
Shipping for small items are by USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Shipping for multiple items will be Priority Mail. Shipping for first class items can also be upgraded upon request. Shipment is made on postal schedule within 24-48 hours of payment clearing.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 15 days of the date of shipment received per USPS confirmation date. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed, less shipping. If there is any problem with item, immediate contact is necessary.
Other Policies
Custom Orders: To request a custom order please contact me by email at [email protected] with information regarding said item that you would like to request to be made. I will get back to you with the necessary information and confirmation. Upon confirmation, an invoice will be sent to you -- FULL payment is required for custom request.
